The last height option is somewhat of a hybrid as it is the adjustable height bar stool. Depending on the style and the manufacturer, these bar stools can work with several different heights of bars. If you decide to purchase an stools for your bar that are adjustable in height, make sure that it will adjust to an acceptable height for the bar you will be using it with. Also be aware that adjustable height bar stools are somewhat more costly than similar bar stools that are not adjustable.
